I promised myself I would bake bread every week. Today I adapted an Irish soda bread recipe to produce Lemon Soda Bread.

Just had my first attempt at making soda bread. I followed Lorraine Pascale’s Soda Bread recipe, replacing the buttermilk with warm milk and lemon juice.
