I believe food is the best preventative medicine (along with exercise of course!) and I am really starting to be aware of how much of a mono culture our diets have become.
After some thought I decided the best way to determine my goals would be to look at what I’m doing now, in terms of self sufficiency, and then to decide how I want to move forwards.
What is it that you want to achieve in terms of self-sufficiency goals? Where are you now and where do you want to be? Are you completely new to the idea or have you already made significant changes to your life in terms of self sufficiency? Whatever your thoughts are, here are some guidelines to help you set your goals for self-sufficiency.
Happy New Year! No, I’m not hopelessly behind the times (at least not in this case), the 3rd February 2011 is the beginning of the Chinese Lunar New Year.
Hi, I’m Cathy and I live in Sydney, Australia. I’m recently married and my baby is a small opinionated dog called Miffy (hopefully she’ll get a real human sibling one day).
I’m Julie, and I live in the North of England. I live with my son, a fifteen year old, semi tame Man-cub, and two budgies, Sky and Jasper.
Get Self Sufficient…Who really cares? What am I going to write about? Where will I write? When, am I going to find time? Ever had these “isssssthues?”
Get Self Sufficient is a blog started by three friends from across the globe: Rick from the US, Julie from the UK and Cathy from Australia. Come join us.
